At Tarangg, we ensure your orders are delivered with care, speed, and transparency—whether you're shopping from within India or across the globe.

💨 Speed Post Shipping policy 

At Tarangg, we offer Speed Post shipping for customers who require faster delivery. This service is available at an additional charge of ₹250.

Please note the following timelines:

• Standard Speed Post Orders (No Alterations):
  Orders without any alterations are processed within 1 working day and shipped via Speed Post, which typically takes 3 working days for delivery.
  Total estimated timeline: 4 working days (1 day processing + 3 days shipping).
• Orders with Alterations:
  If your order includes any alterations, an additional 2 working days are required for processing before dispatch. Shipping via Speed Post will take 3 working days thereafter.
  Total estimated timeline: 5 working days (2 days alterations + 3 days shipping).

• Working Days Clause:
  Please note that working days do not include Sundays and national holidays. Any delays caused due to non-working days will be accounted for accordingly in the delivery timeline.

We request customers to consider these timelines while opting for Speed Post, especially for altered garments, as expedited shipping does not override the time required for alterations.

🚚 Shipping Partners

● Domestic: We ship through DTDC to all parts of India.

● International: We use DHL to deliver worldwide with reliable and timely service.

🕒 Processing Time

● Orders without alterations are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

● Orders with custom sizing or tailored fits are dispatched within 4–5 business days.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We ship all across India and to multiple countries worldwide, fulfilling orders from major cities to remote destinations.

💰 Shipping Charges

● India: Free shipping on all domestic orders.

● International: Shipping charges are calculated based on the package weight and destination, and will be shown at checkout.

🔗 Tracking Information

● Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

● Customers can track their shipment status in real time.

💳 Payment Mode

● Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

● We accept online payments only via secure gateways.(Razor pay, Payu also UPI and card options are available)
